Himalayan Cooking Salt Slab

How to use
 
Before heating up your Himalayan Salt Block, ensure it is completely dry then slowly heat up the block, either on a stovetop, barbecue grill or in the oven. 
 
Once at the desired temperature, remove from the heat source and the block will retain its heat. Add your food to the smooth surface and watch it sizzle and cook, while the natural Himalayan salt adds its delicious, subtle flavour.
 
You can also use a pre-chilled Himalayan Salt Block to serve cold food, such as cheese, fruit or desserts.
 
Caring for your Himalayan Salt Block
 
Once completely cooled, use a clean dishcloth or sponge and a little water – no soap or washing up liquid - to wipe your Himalayan Salt Block clean. Leave on a rack to dry, then store in a cool, dry place.
